pCMV-TPA/ZS7 DNA vaccine plasmid

DNA Vaccine Plasmid ID 110
DNA Vaccine Plasmid Name pCMV-TPA/ZS7 DNA vaccine plasmid
Plasmid VO ID VO_0005024
Promoter Names CMV
Plasmid Description Also contains a synthetic chimeric intron, the ospC gene from B. burgdorferi strain ZS7, and the SV40 late poly(A) signal sequence (Scheiblhofer et al., 2003). Generated from pCMV-ZS7 by attaching the human tissue plasminogen activator (TPA) leader sequence to the 5' end of ospC ZS7 (Weiss et al., 1999).
