Registration of ICoVax 2012
Registration fee: $75 (US dollars). (Note: the registration fee covers refreshment and lunch)
Registration time: Any time before the workshop.
How to register: Please register in the general conference registration site
Notes:
- In the general conference registration site, our ICoVax2012 workshop is labeled as " ICoVax2012 Satellite". You can get reduced rate for the general meeting if you register before August 15th. However, if you prefer, you can register for ICoVax workshop only without registering for the general meeting.
- When you fill out the registration form, the online form may ask you to provide abstract number if you choose to be a presenter. In that case, you can just select "delegate" instead of a presenter. You should be fine this way.
- In case you do have problem in registration using the online form or you have other reason, you can register on-site during the workshop on Oct 13, 2012. If you register on-site, we prefer you to use cash ($75 US dollars or ￥470 Chinese Renminbi Yuan). If you need receipt, please let us know.
- The workshop attendees are also encouraged to submit the general Congress abstracts through the conference website (http://www.vaccinecongress.com/) and attend the general conference.
