Vaxgen: Vaccine-related Genes and Protective Antigens

     Vaxgen is targeted for collection and analysis of vaccine-related pathogen and host genes and proteins, with a special focus on pathogen protective antigens and host protective immune factors. The data in Vaxgen comes from the manually curated VIOLIN database. Users are encouraged to submit vaccine-related genes through the VIOLIN online submission system.
