A NIH-funded Postdoc Postion in Vaccine Informatics is Immediately Available:

An NIH-funded postdoctoral research fellow position is immediately available in the area of vaccine bioinformatics for the next four years. The specific aims of this project are to develop the collaborative, community-based Vaccine Ontology (VO, http://www.violinet.org/vaccineontology/), to develop a VO-based natural language process (NLP) program, and to apply them to study vaccine-induced immune networks. More detail is HERE.
Community Efforts
VO Vaccine Ontology: A community-based effort to develop the Vaccine Ontology (VO) for vaccine data standardization and automated reasoning. VO is being developed by collaboration with the National Center for Biomedical Ontology (NCBO) and the Infectious Disease Ontology (IDO) initiative.
