General Information
Protegen ID 435
VO ID VO_0010890
Taxonomy ID 83560
Other Database IDs CDD:279628
Molecule Role Protective antigen
Molecule Role Annotation Female BALB/c mice were immunized with chlamydial major outer membrane protein (MOMP) mixed with cholera toxin and CpG oligodeoxynucleotide adjuvants by either the IN or TCI routes. Both intranasal and transcutaneous immunization protected mice against respiratory challenge with Chlamydia (Skelding et al., 2006).
Related Vaccines(s) C. muridarum MOMP protein vaccine
